Refund policy
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All of the items in the shop are made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, or give refunds on any of our items. Please read the listings carefully so you are aware of the processing times, materials, size, colors, etc. and message us with any questions before placing your order. We do not issue any refunds for orders not received on time, lost in transit, or delayed.
Damaged Orders
Please send us photos of any damaged items and the shipping materials within 24 hours of USPS or Canada Post delivery. We will work with you to find the best solution!
